  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

DOE PARS Import Wizard

Use this import wizard to import schedule, cost, and risk data from DOE PARS.

In order to import DOE PARS schedule data, you must first select DOE PARS in the External Tools for Acumen dialog box when you launch Acumen for the first time. Alternatively, you can also enable the feature when you select DOE PARS in the Get External Data From group on the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box Platforms (Other) page. After you select this, Acumen adds a DOE PARS menu option to the Get External Data From menu group on the S1 // Projects tab that you can click to start the import.

The following table describes the available fields or options:

Field Description
Projects Select the DOE PARS project that you want to import. The list includes all *.zip and *.json project files in the workbook and defaults to the project you selected in the Projects Pane.
Baseline

Select a baseline project with which to compare your schedule data.

Select Additional Data to Import

Select which other data to import with your chosen schedule data:

  • Cost Data

  • Risk Data

Note:

The Cost Data and Risk Data checkboxes will only be enabled if the DOE PARS project file you chose contains cost data and risk data. Otherwise, you will not be able to select one or both checkboxes.

OK Click this when you finish customizing the DOE PARS project you will upload.
Cancel Click this if you want to cancel the process.
